Ingredients
1 package manicotti shells
1 jar marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup cooked spinach, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Fill each manicotti shell with cheese mixture and place in baking dish.
Top with remaining marinara sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
