Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the zucchini and cook, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is just tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley.
