Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and apple cider vinegar; stir to combine.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 20 minutes.
Stir in cilantro and serve.
