Ingredients
1 lb chicken, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste

Directions

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with steamed basmati rice.
