Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or two knives until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the topping over the blueberries.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberry mixture is bubbling. Serve warm.
