Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the potatoes, bell pepper, onion, bacon, and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
