Ingredients
- 1-pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, and blackened seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Spread Alfredo sauce over the pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, red onions, and cooked chicken.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
- Slice and serve.
