2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped

Directions

Add the pasta and cook for an additional 8 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
Stir in the spinach and cook for 1 minute.
Serve the soup in individual bowls topped with the Parmesan cheese.
