In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly golden, about 4 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and oregano. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the parsley and heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve with a garnish of fresh parsley and crusty bread.
