Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced

Directions
