Directions

Stir in the cumin, coriander, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes, beef stock, and red wine and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the parsley and serve hot.
