Korean-Style Braised Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Cut the ribs into 2-3 rib pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and mix until combined.
  3. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
  5. Uncover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the ribs with the sauce from the slow cooker.
