Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Cut the ribs into 2-3 rib pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and mix until combined.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve the ribs with the sauce from the slow cooker.
