Ingredients

  • 200 grams soybean noodles
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
