Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it down gently to form a loaf shape.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
