Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it down gently to form a loaf shape.
