Ingredients
- 1 rack pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the ribs in a shallow baking dish and rub with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the ribs and rub it in.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove ribs from oven and brush with BBQ sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
