Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place the ribs in a shallow baking dish and rub with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the ribs and rub it in.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
  5. Remove ribs from oven and brush with BBQ sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
