Ingredients
- 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and Creole seasoning and cook until the shrimp is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine, chicken broth, parsley and hot sauce (if using).
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with rice or other side dishes.
