Ingredients
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and Creole seasoning and cook until the shrimp is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the white wine, chicken broth, parsley and hot sauce (if using).
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice or other side dishes.
