Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and Creole seasoning and cook until the shrimp is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the white wine, chicken broth, parsley and hot sauce (if using).
  5. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with rice or other side dishes.
