Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo Cookies (20 cookies)
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter and sugar, and blend until combined.
- Press the cookie mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream, cocoa powder, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream. Let cool slightly.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture. Pour the mixture into the cooled Oreo crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
