Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies (20 cookies)
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter and sugar, and blend until combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream, cocoa powder, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream. Let cool slightly.
  6. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture. Pour the mixture into the cooled Oreo crust.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
