Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and let chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large baking dish, combine bell peppers, onion, and chicken. Pour remaining marinade over the top and mix until everything is well combined.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
