Directions

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep-fryer or large pot to 350 degrees F.
Fry the doughnuts in batches until they are golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove the doughnuts from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Sprinkle the doughnuts with powdered sugar and serve warm.
