2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, diced
1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Add the garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until the beef is tender, about 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and cornstarch. Add to the skillet and stir to combine.
Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
