Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cupcake pans with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, eggs, water and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before filling.
- In a small bowl, mix together the jelly, sugar and cinnamon.
- Using a small spoon, fill each cupcake with about 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture.
