Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, heat the heavy cream until it is just beginning to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, butter and vanilla essence. Stir until everything is melted and combined.
  3. Add the sugar and stir until it is fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or a single large dish.
  5. Let cool and then refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
