Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Taco shells or tortillas, for serving
  • Shredded lettuce, for serving
  • Shredded cheese, for serving
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine the garlic powder, oregano, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.
