Add the pork cubes to the pressure cooker and stir to combine.
Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure.
Carefully open the lid of the pressure cooker and use a fork to shred the pork.
Serve the pork in taco shells or tortillas with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
