Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of cod fillets
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each cod fillet with the olive oil mixture and place on the preheated grill.
  4. Cook on each side for about 4-5 minutes until the cod is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and garnish with lemon slices.
