1 package of dried chungles (Chinese-style noodles)
1/2 pound of ground beef
1/4 cup of soy sauce

2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of Chinese five-spice powder

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the chungles and cook for 8 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, and Chinese five-spice powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are softened, about 8 minutes.
