Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add cheeses, cream, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir until combined and remove from heat.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
