1 (9-inch) pre-made tart shell, or 1 (9-inch) homemade pastry crust
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup Chambord liqueur
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the tart shell on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Add the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, and stir until evenly combined.
Pour the berry mixture into the tart shell and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle with the Chambord liqueur and serve warm.
