1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and whisk until combined. Cook for 1 minute.
