Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Panko bread crumbs, onion, carrots, celery, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and egg. Mix together until ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
