Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Slice each potato into 8 wedges.
- Heat a large iron skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to the skillet and then add the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper over the potatoes.
- Stir the potatoes so that they are evenly coated with the spices. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve piping hot.
