- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

- 2 eggs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini, cheese, herbs, and bread crumbs. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add to the zucchini mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
