Ingredients

  • 1 large rutabaga, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Place the rutabaga in the Instant Pot and add the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  2. Stir to combine and add the water.
  3. Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking time is complete, quick release the pressure.
  5. Stir the rutabaga and serve.
