Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut syrup, coconut cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cardamom. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add the banana slices and stir gently. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
