Ingredients
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Season the chicken thighs with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and add the olive oil.
Add the chicken thighs to the Instant Pot and cook for 4 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken thighs from the Instant Pot and set aside.
Add the ranch dressing to the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
Return the chicken to the Instant Pot and turn off the sauté setting.
Close the lid and turn the valve to “sealing”.
Press the “manual” or “pressure cook” button and set the timer for 5 minutes.
When the timer goes off, carefully turn the valve to “venting” to release the pressure.
Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and top with the bacon bits.
Serve and enjoy!
