Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, honey, oil, and cinnamon until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  6. Stir in dried fruit.
  7. Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
