Ingredients
- 4-5 Apples, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup of Water
- 2 tablespoons of Honey
- 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of Nutmeg (optional)
Directions
- Place the apples, water, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg (if using) in the Instant Pot.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Press the manual/pressure cook button and set the time to 4 minutes.
- Once the time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Carefully open the lid and use a potato masher to mash the apples to the desired consistency.
- Serve warm or cold with your favorite toppings.
