Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set.
