  • 1 cup amaranth flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped crystallized ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
