Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
