Hot and Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
  3. Spoon mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
