Ingredients
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
Spoon mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

This dip is also delicious served cold.
It can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
This dip pairs well with chips, crackers, and vegetables.
