Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- Spoon mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
