Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced

  • 10 cardamom pods, lightly crushed

  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 6 black tea bags
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
