Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  5. While the patties are cooking, preheat the broiler on high.
  6. Place the cooked ramen noodles in a large mixing bowl. Add the seasoning packets from the ramen noodle packages and mix well.
  7. Press the seasoned ramen noodles into 4 round molds or ramekins to shape them into patties. Remove the molds or ramekins.
  8. Place the ramen noodle patties on a baking sheet and broil for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to crisp up.
  9. Once the ramen noodle patties are crispy, remove them from the broiler and assemble the burgers.
  10. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each hamburger bun. Place a ramen noodle patty on top of the mayonnaise.
  11. Add a cooked beef patty on top of the ramen noodle patty.
  12. Top the beef patty with a slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  13. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each hamburger bun and place it on top of the toppings.
  14. Serve the ramen burgers immediately and enjoy!
