Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, shredded coconut, and peanut butter.
- Add water gradually and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time. If desired, add honey to sweeten the dough.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the dough. Alternatively, you can use a knife to cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.
- Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
