Directions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together tamari or soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, gochujang paste, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu along with the excess marinade. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is caramelized and crispy.
