Directions
- Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat some oil.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- Once the beef is browned, add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
