Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter, vegetable oil, tequila, lime juice, eggs, and lime zest to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
