Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together brown rice flour, quinoa flakes, flaxseed meal, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough in half and place one half on a piece of parchment paper. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll out the dough until it is very thin.
  5. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter to score the dough into crackers.
  6. Repeat with the other half of the dough.
  7. Bake crackers for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Let cool before breaking along the scored lines.
