These homemade cheese and chive crisps are a perfect snack or appetizer for any occasion. Crispy and flavorful, they are great for parties or just as a simple snack. Made with cheddar cheese and fresh chives, these crisps are a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 package of store-bought wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
  3. Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold over to create a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
