Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spread cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with thyme, oregano, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
