Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of lamb stew meat, cubed
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
